All of The Ponies and Puddles

Your probably like why puddles...
But you shall have to wait >:3
I rode Biscuit and he was really good. He got keyed up at the handy because he gets too excited XD. But other than that he was nice and easy on me and really good :) even hacking, he likes his new bit. MY niece rode him also she's one year old so he walked and my mom and my half sister held her. It was super cute at first Biscuit didn't quite know what was going on.
Tulipin was good, I got lunch before I went back to the barn. She took like one canter step and then she was dead quiet the rest of the time. I am planning on trotting her three laps tomorrow, maybe four.
Savannah was the reason of the puddles. We rode outside so I decided to practicing trotting her through puddles, (the word puddles is just so amazing I must underline it I guess XD) she doesn't like going through them so just for the future in case we ever go eventing.... Lol not. But she was good and I finally got her through the longer and deeper puddle on the end of the field. She's not scared of them she just doesn't want to get her fur wet :3. But I switched between riding with one lead rope, a lead rope around the neck, and no lead rope just a halter. We had to have one lead rope to go through those menacing puddles. :P

Perfect Biscuit

I used a softer bit today on biscuit and he was the most perfect thing on earth. He concentrated really well! He didn't do a thing wrong except for get a little keyed up after a long jump!

Star and Zoomy

So my Godmother has a farm and I REALLY wanted a rescue horse. But guess what? She did too! She had already been looking at one. Her name is Star. She is a pretty paint mare and her old owners didn't know much about horses and didn't take very good care of her. I went and looked at her with my Godmother and I rode her. My godmothers farm has to be inspected and if she gets accepted Star comes there! I'm going to be able to ride her. Then there's a horse named Zoomy but she's not a rescue horse!

Pony Finals Preperation and....

EVERY TIME I share a blog post with you one of my ponies is lame! Its kind of funny!
Any way... Pony Finals is coming up in a few weeks! I love pony finals its really fun! Its practically pony land and there are kids everywhere! Last year a got 10th (how dare I not share that with you?). This blog will (hopefully XD) start being updated more once again. Anyway...
I've been pretty much right on thinking wise (in riding/showing). I've been doing really well. PJ (Kryptonite) is lame. Sort of... The outside of his hock (I think its his hock if I remember right) is higher than the inside. This compress his joins and hurts a bit. Its bothersome, but nothing more. So he got a kind of medicine to help. He only gets to go out in the field for one hour and gets no grain because if the medicine is mixed with food/grass it can make the pony take the medicine founder. So PJ has to sacrifice himself by eating nothing but a little grass and hay for a while.
